We have had several customers ask for a way to put more food in their Plank to hold them over while on vacation so we made this extension hopper. Please know, it has not been tested long-term, consider leaving feedback on the use of this product so we can decide if it will be in the permanent catalog.
Plank extension hopper with a slot for 5-gram silica gel desiccant packs in the lid. It doubles the capacity of the Plank hopper. Stackable for those really long vacations we all dream about. Comes with three color-indicating rechargeable desiccant packs (orange to green).
Recharge Care
OVEN Recharge by placing in a 250F degree oven for 1 hour.
MICROWAVE Using the DEFROST setting, defrost packets for 7-12 minutes. Start with the least amount of time and increase the time as needed (i.e., color not fully returned to the original state).
* Reactivation varies depending on the saturation level of the beads, and the type of oven (convection or normal) and microwave wattage used.
