Description
A French Cleat is a style of mounting often seen in art galleries to securely keep a painting mounted flush against the wall. In the aquatics hobby, this version of the Plank mount is useful when mounting in a canopy, wall, or other vertical surface where clamping to the tank is not possible.
Four bolt holes allow secure mounting of the cleat and a removable key is used to attach the platform to this mounting plate. All components are easily removed for maintenance.
