DOA Claims

💀 DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

In the rare event of a DOA:

  • You must send a clear photo of the coral in its original Lakeside Reefing packaging within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a store credit coupon (excluding shipping costs).

  • Refunds are not offered — store credit only.

❌ Delays & Responsibility

Lakeside Reefing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • UPS (mechanical failures, weather, service disruptions)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

🔒 Shipping Protection (Optional but Strongly Recommended)

Add Shipping Protection at checkout to cover:

  • Shipping delays

  • Damaged corals

  • Lost or stolen packages

If you decline Shipping Protection, you are accepting full responsibility for any delays or losses.
We cannot offer credit, or replacements for issues  not covered by Shipping Protection if you opt out.

  • Only store credit is issued in accordance with our DOA policy
